The Firm was founded in Genoa in the ‘40s by Tomaso Amoretti, one of the first lawyers in Italy to realize the importance of creating an associated firm practicing civil and commercial law. In the seventies, Partners of the Firm were Mauro De André – after whom the Firm was named – and Bruno Elia, current Senior Partner.
The Firm, with offices in Genoa, Milan and Sarzana, has seven Partners – Bruno Elia, Ivano Vigliotti, Alfredo Talenti, Ariel Dello Strologo, Cristina Pittaluga, Bianca Piana, Gian Paolo Maraini -, one of Counsel Attorney – Paolo Momigliano – and 19 Associates.
Studio Legale De André ensures its clients a full range of counsel and litigation services in the main areas of Civil Law, Corporate Law, and Commercial Law, in legal and out-of-court disputes, and on both a national and international level.
Constant updating on new law provisions and case law is a priority, also through the Associazione Mauro De André which, among its various activities, collaborates with the Scuola Forense accredited by Genoa Bar Association.
